A few days ago I got a nail in the rear tire of sporty 1200 .First Savannah Harley came and picked me and the bike up with in 15 minutes. I get to the shop and the the cost to get a new tire balanced and rotated caught me off guard. So I left my bike to Go get my own tire to try to save some money. I couldn't find the right tire nor did I have quite enough money. The service department was fair and worked with on a price i could afford mounted and balanced my tire In the same day and sent me on my way with a Fresh tire and a Clean bike. I dont Care what anyone says about the service department at Savannah Harley they took care of me when i needed it the most and for that i will always be a loyal customer.

Purchased brand new 2018 Road King Special Hollywood Maxwell was awesome!!!! Went in for a test ride of the 2017 Road King Special, fell in love with it off the bat, Hollywood immediately went to bat trying to arrange finance options with Lance Wade the sales manager. I got an approval that day. Several weeks later I returned Hurricane Irma had a huge play in me getting back to the dealership as soon as I was able to return I contacted Hollywood and discovered I needed a larger downpayment than anticipated due the negative in my bike, Hollywood showed me other options that I was interested in, however I really wanted the Road King Special, we went back and forth and finally I decided to keep my bike. I told Hollywood on Sunday I would return later in the week, I returned on thursday September 21 and to my surprise talked to Lance and we did the paper work that day, ironically I was going to fill out paperwork and really didn't think I would get the bike that day, Lance said you can leave with it, if you want, I told him I would come back Friday when Hollywood was there. Came back on Friday and picked up my Black 2018 Road King Special. This is the happiest I have been in a very long time, my first new Harley and I couldn't be happier, Thank you Hollywood and Lance for all the hard work you put int helping achieving my dream motorcycle. Savannah Harley Davidson is a company that cares about their customers. I received a Chopped Tour Pak from my wife for Christmas 2016. After having it for approx. 3 month, I was detailing my bike, a 2014 Street Glide Special, and as I was removing the wax from the bottom section of Pak, I discovered a crack in the paint on the front L/S corner. I removed the Pak and took it back to Savannah H.D. and they returned it to H.D. Corporate to be repaired or replaced under the one year warranty that the Pak came with.

After several weeks, the Pak was returned back to Savannah H.D. with the warranty denied. Savannah H.D. would not settle for the denial, so they took it upon themselves to appeal the denial and after a few more weeks, H.D. Corporate send me a new bottom section of the Pak.

Christy, Assistant Service Manager and Sam, Warranty Administrator, went out of their way to make sure that I would be a satisfied and happy customer.

I have dealt with many H.D. dealers over the last 30 years and Savannah H.D. is by far, the best that I have ever had the pleasure of working with.

I look forward to giving them all of my business in the future.

Service BluesYour bike being in the shop during riding season feels like being grounded on a weekend. I was having an issue with my motorcycle that we were having trouble pinning down and this was frustrating to deal with. Mike worked with me and helped the team find the issue and handled the situation very well. I am glad Mike was there to take good care of me and he leads a team of great folks. I wish they had more help to deal with the workload they have to make our experience better and get back out on the road quicker.

Sandra "sam" was awesome in rental assistance - truly a gem. Bike was ready to go that morning, quickly moved along the paperwork etc. but really took the time to help out with destination as I was out of town and wanted to experience Georgia within the 2 days I had with my daughter. Fantastic experience, she went above and beyond. I have ideas for next time I visit and she even helped us out when we locked our keys in the car, stayed late and made sure we were all set. I want to thank Kim in the service department for one of the best anniversary gifts I have gotten. I had brought my 2006 Dyna Super Glide in. The engine light and oil light indicator was on. After HD checked it out, the stator and oil light indicator was no good. Kim informed me that it would cost around $700 to fix. Then I got a call from Kim and the rotor was also no good and that would raise the price up to $850. I told her I need it fix and to go ahead and fix. When the bike was fixed, Kim called me and said that I had a secret santa and I did not owe anything. My bill was paid in full. The day I picked up my bike, it was my 20th year wedding anniversary. This was again one of the best gifts that I have received. Thank you again Kim and Kristy for going over and beyond the standards in providing excellent customer service and for taking care of the customer.

While I was there, not one employee hesitated to help each other out assisting customers.I personally had the pleasure of dealing with Sarah "Hollywood" Maxwell. How do you honestly sum up how amazing someone is in a review? In my life I can say, with confidence, that I have never dealt with someone so GENUINE, CARING, PASSIONATE, FRIENDLY, and.....LOVABLE. :)Never did I feel like I was rushed, or pushed. We talked as friends about what I wanted, my options and choices. I am happy that she was there every step of the way. When on vacation my shift lever broke. I called and talked to Mike Meyers. I was 38 miles from your dealership. Mike did all he could to help me. He helped me try to arrange a tow. That did not work out. But, I was able to do a temporary fix and limp to your shop. Mike took me right in and fix my 2011 Limited. While pulling in to your shop another in my group (we had 15 people on 11 Harleys from the Mountaineer HOG Chapter in Morgantown West Virginia on our way to Key West) had her shifter brake and another found his shifter loose. Mike was able to get us all put back together while we had lunch next door.

We were back on the road and had a wonderful 2712 mile vacation to The Keys.Thanks to Mike and the guy's in the shop it is just another memory for the trip.Dave Goff

"Savannah Harley Davidson It doesn't happen very often that I get too express my appreciation for people in the service industry that go way over and above to help a person in need . Well, I found such people at Savannah Harley Davidson , Kim , Tammy (C J ) and Ken especially . The story begins when my girlfriend Linda and I broke down on my 99 Ultra Classic just south of Savannah on I-95 Sunday morning July 1, still 500 miles from home and part of the last leg of our 2500 mile ride to Key West and back. After having the bike towed to your dealership, we found the service department closed, but parts open, this is where Ken stepped up to the plate. Finding out that part of the issue with the bike was a dead battery with the help of a great group of people ( the local H.O.G.Chapter), a new battery was installed only to find that there were other problems. Here again Ken jumps into action, after checking the old battery, running back & forth from the parts counter to the service area, loaning me a test meter, going outside of the building ( which was a 90 plus degree morning ), trying his best to get us back on the road, we find we also have a bad stator. Finally I throw in the towel and decide to call in the calvary from home to trailer the bike back to Virginia, but only due to time issues. I am certain that I would have received the same quality service from your Service Department. Back to Ken, he allow me to return the new battery and he charged the old one and reinstalled it .Mean while C J had kept us supplied with plenty of bottled water and information on local hotels we could say at while we waited for help to arrive. Once things were decided on taking the bike home and hotel accommodations were made, Kim steps up and drives us to the Days Inn and even waits to make sure our check - in goes with no problems. So, a huge thank you to Savannah Harley Davidson !! Our motorcycle trip may have been cut short, but we were able to meet people who still take pride in making sure their jobs are performed in the utmost standards. "Just wanted to drop a line to Phil in your service department. Had an oil leak on my 2011 Road Glide Ultra while on vacation. We were leaving Savannah and stopped to see if it would make it home and found that it probably would not have. Problem was diagnosed as oil cooler gasket leak and oil filter not tight (done by local dealer) and was promptly repaired by your service department and we were back on the road in a couple of hours. I hate to say it but if I had gone to my local dealer I doubt they would have had the part in stock and would probably have had to stay at least overnight. I was very pleased with the service I received and your dealership in general. Phil was especially nice and helpful and I'm pretty sure worked through his lunch hour to get my bike and my wife and I back on the road. Made it home today Friday and bike is dirty but it had no oil leak. The bike had been using a little oil every since the 1000 mile oil change which the dealer here did. That was probably the oil filter and I kept it washed so I didn't notice it until the other problem cropped up on the trip to Savannah. Thanks again. I'll definitely stop back in if I'm ever back over there which I hope will be sooner than later. We really enjoyed our two day stay in Savannah. "I live in Opelika, AL, and ride a 2008 FLHTC Electra Glide. On September 14, I rode two up with my wife to Savannah. My right rider peg was not adjusted properly and caused some discomfort. I also noticed my tire pressure didn't feel right. On September 15, I rode to your dealership and spoke with the clerk in the Service Department. She in turn contacted the Service Manager, only I did not know he was the Service Manager. I described my problem to him. He immediately told me we will do whatever it take to get the bike adjusted the way it needs to be. Later that afternoon we rode through the Historic District with all the stop signs. I noticed my clutch was engaging too far out. On September 16, I brought the bike back to your Dealership to see if they could help. I met with the clerk in the Service Department. I got there during lunch and the Serviced Department was slammed with every technician working on a bike. The clerk went and located the Service Department Manager who was headed to lunch. He came back in and took my bike in to look at it. Once again, he portrayed a Whatever it Takes"""" attitude. He adjusted the lower clutch cable and sent me on my way. There are countless numbers of people qualified to work on a Harley Davidson, and even more which are qualified to work the counter of your Service Department Desk. However, the list of individuals willing to work in any career field and consistently portray a """"Whatever it Take"""" attitude is very short. While attitude is everything, the proper attitude is all it takes. I have never been treated with the level of respect and courtesy your employees showed me, from any automobile or motorcycle dealership. I would like to commend you for your ability to select such professional individuals to work for you. I would also like to thank you and your employees for helping me in my time of need. "Marlo and Lonnie, Thank you so much for helping me like you two did. You two are awsome! Let me tell our fellow bikers why.... I headed to a HOT Hilton Head Island 7/29/11 for a family wedding that week. I had pre-arranged rental for my bike. I am a Northern Gal that loves to ride. Nothing better then that feeling! July 29th I rented a beautiful 2011 Dyna Wide Glide. Marlo even said I looked like a natural. I soon found out I was not a natural to the climate. Heat index was 117. HOT HOT HOT!!! I became over heated, de-hydrated, nauseated and all cramped up. I was in trouble and pulled over for good. I knew I could not get back to the shop safely. I called explaining everything. Marlo was very understanding and sent Lonnie out to my rescue. His concern and care for my well being was obvious. He went out of his way to deliver me to my doorstop and then took care of the bike for me. If you are ever in Savannah, GA, make sure you look up Marlo and Lonnie at Savannah Harley...... She offered me great service when I called the dealership as a stranger looking to rent a Harley on my vacation to the area. Made the rental process very easy. She even told me to call my hotel in Hilton Head since some Hotels are not biker friendly and do not allow bikes to be parked on the property. When I arrived at the dealership she made me feel at home and welcome. Everything was well organized and simple. No stress or complications. "I would like to start off by saying thank you to Mike Myers in sales. I'd been looking at a Fat Boy for a long time and had explained to Mike what I had in mind. Mike brought up a few points about long distance travel that I hadn't thought of on a Fat Boy and recommended that I look at a Road King. The price is about the same , maybe a little up or down but the ride, handling , and control would be worth it in the long run no doubt. I must say he was right. Had it not been for Mike taking his time with me that day and showing me some of the issues that I hadn't thought of I would have purchased a bike that I would have been trying to sell within a year or two because it didn't fit. Thanks Mike. As for this dealership, I have taken Mikes advise and test driven three different touring bikes on there Demo Days. I have to say that they are truely organized when it comes to highway safety and test drives. There is a road captain that takes the riders out on a course that they have near the dealership. I arrived with my bike on a trailer after being rescueded on the side of the road with a flat, however, it was late Saturday afternoon and I feared I would be stranded for a couple of days....a experiece I have had in the past. Upon arrival you service department proceded unload the bike and start changing the tire. I couldn't believe it. I walked next door to Hooters for lunch and upon my return my bike was ready. Heck the service manager (Al Silver)came to pick up my Rod personally when I had a problem. Now thats service without question. These guys are at the tip of the Harley spear. My V-Rod and I always get treated right at Savannah Harley. This is based on several visits not just one. I would never trust my V-Rod to another shop. But I ran into trouble after my 5k mile service on May 30. 5 days later I took a 7 day trip to the mountians and half way I had to stop at the neastest HD dealer (Timm's HD at Anderson,SC) to have the drive belt RE-AJUSTED.
