Tires For Life Terms & Conditions

All qualifying New Harley-Davidson® motorcycles purchased at Savannah H-D® November 1, 2020 thru December 31, 2020 are eligible to participate in the Tires for Life Program.

Savannah H-D® will, at no charge to the original owner, replace the tires on your Harley-Davidson® motorcycle subject to the following Terms and Conditions:

Replacement Tire coverage is valid for the original program participant only and is Non-Transferable. A change in motorcycle ownership, actual or registered, will void the agreement and terminate everyone's right to future replacement tires for the motorcycle. Any surrender, voluntary or involuntary, of qualifying motorcycles to a creditor will be considered a change of ownership.

All servicing of this motorcycle, including warranty items and any qualifying tire installations, must be performed by Savannah H-D® in accordance with the recommended service intervals specified in the Owners' Manual. Meeting the timely service interval requirements is the responsibility of the original owner and must be scheduled with and performed by Savannah H-D® in accordance with standard Service Department procedures, practices, prices, and rates.

Damaged tires (whether due to accident, abuse, road hazards or neglect [e.g. cupping caused by operating under low tire pressures, burnouts, etc.]) will NOT qualify for a replacement tire; Savannah H-D® retains sole right to determine when a tire is "damaged." Provided all service requirements for this motorcycle are timely scheduled by program participant and performed by Savannah H-D®, tires will be replaced based upon Harley-Davidson®'s recommended minimum safe tread measurements; tread depth must be 3/32nds or less for replacement. A new replacement tire will meet the specifications of Harley-Davidson® and shall be provided by Savannah H-D®.Valid for factory specified tire size only. Only Genuine Harley-Davidson® original equipment or Genuine Harley-Davidson® accessory wheels and tires qualify.

Program participant will be required to pay Savannah H-D® for all required ancillary parts and labor (e.g. valve stems, wheels, tubes, rim strips, wheel weights, any necessary and appropriate balancing, etc.) at the current retail labor pricing. Program participant will be required to remit to Savannah H-D® all sales tax required by law.

Any and all of Savannah H-D®'s obligations under this agreement shall terminate, without notice to program participant, upon any change in ownership of Savannah H-D®; and Savannah H-D® may terminate this agreement for reasons listed in program contract.

It is the program participant responsibility to present this record when requesting a new tire.Program participant will not be eligible for a replacement tire if, and for as long as, you have any unpaid debt owed to Savannah H-D®.
