We have immediate openings for a full-time Parts Associates.
Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 2-4 years prior experience in a power sports dealership or automotive parts department, and the ability to pick up heavy objects.
- Being an MMI graduate is a plus, as is being friendly, approachable, and willing to arrive on time to work.
- Must be self-motivated and have an enthusiastic presence in a team environment.
- Computer skills, multitasking, and strong communication skills are required.
- Some technical knowledge of motorcycles is required.
This is a full-time position. Candidates must be available Monday through Sunday (days off are not set, but will be scheduled in advance) and some evenings.

Savannah H-D® has positions available for an experienced retail salesperson that is prompt and available for flexible scheduling. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, setting up and maintaining an appealing retail environment, provide excellent customer service, greet customers immediately in a courteous and friendly manner, possess the ability to multi-task, and handle telephone transactions quickly and courteously.
Additional responsibilities include providing prompt and accurate service at cash register, receive and process merchandise for showroom floor, conduct, or participate in periodic physical inventory of all merchandise, and ensure merchandise displays are stocked, clean, dust free, and appealing to customers.
Online training sessions are required to keep current with merchandising, inventory control, and customer service. Candidate must be willing to accept direction, follow instructions and work well with others, Must have the ability to stand and walk the sales floor for most of the day. Tasks include
- Data entry, with the need to type quickly and accurately
- Be able to push or ride heavy weight motorcycles as needed
- Have a general understanding of the workings of a motorcycle
- Have good communication skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- One year or more of Service Writer experience is a plus.
- One year or more of work in the automotive or power sports field is a plus.
- A motorcycle endorsement is a plus.
Must be able to work Monday through Sunday, arrive to work on time and ready to assist customers as needed. Work may include standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects.

Applicant must be physically able to ride, move, load, and unload heavyweight motorcycles weighing approximately 800-1000 lbs.
Must be reliable and punctual. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Assist shop technicians with repairs when necessary.
- Prepares technician areas for daily repairs.
- Keeps and maintains shop cleanliness.
- Competes morning opening activities, prepares and readies wash bay areas for motorcycle washes/detailing.
- Detail incoming trades and outgoing sales/deliveries.
- Completes and maintains building services to generate a clean and welcoming environment.
- Maintains company equipment and vehicles for fast and proper service.
- Assists sales personnel with customer-oriented goals to provide maximum joy and benefit from your Harley-Davidson® motorcycle.

- Greet customers in the dealership and on the lot
- Assist customers with vehicle selection & closing
- Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish a customer network
- Perform test rides, and present vehicle product information

- Active rider with a minimum of 2-years licensed riding experience.
- Able to work flexible hours during both the week and weekend.
- Able to work outdoors in all conditions including heat, cold, and rain.
- English language proficient. Multilingual candidates are a plus.
- Able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs for a short distance as well as able to upright a training motorcycle using the proper techniques.
- Clean driving record as well as the ability to pass a criminal background check (MSF certification requirement).
