Overall experience was fantastic. Bought a street glide ST back in late January. Fast Johnnie to be exact. I was treated well and even given time to sit on my decision. No pressure they let me come to my decision.Had it serviced at 1k and was taken care of so well I didn't know what to think. Love this dealership Lonnie and Tristan in sales are awesome. Finance manager is great. Kevin awesome as well and service manager Tim is highly skilled and knowledgeable.

I am a truck driver working out of Savannah I live in nc so my time is limited I trailers my bike down so I have something to ride to get around on my down time my bike Wes so dirty without a cover I came to Savannah had looking for a desperately needed wash Hollywood made time for me with only one person to wash bike with no charge to the gentleman who did the work I showed him my appreciation he did more cleaning to my bike than what I was expecting him to do he pretty much almost at 100% detail. I am so thankful to Hollywood and that gentleman to take their time to do this service for me when it was not needed or they did not have to do they took care of me as an outsider relocating to Savanna that goes a long way thing customer appreciation. Thank you.

I was on the highway near Savannah when the bolt holding my toeshifter got unboltened and the toeshifter got unhooked from the primary. Holy molly! I pulled off to the exit ramp and I realized that by the grace of God, I had landed right next to the Savannah HD dealership on Argyle Rd. I explained my problem to Sarah Hollywood at the front desk; she came out to see the bike, immediately willing to help like the right kind of sister biker you want to ride with. Now I need to say I dont even ride a H-D, I am on Yamaha Royal Star cruiser. But never mind, Hollywood was still willing to help! She went to the back, and after 10 minutes came out with a metric bolt that fitted perfectly. She wrenched it in herself with 2 spacers, and it held good. I made it safely to my final destination in FL. I was blown away by Sarahs level of care. I have known people who wouldnt even stop on the highway to check out on a brother in distress. But she did take charge, and got me out of a real safety pickle when I am not even a H-D rider. That was mind-blowing. By her selfless act, she did change my perception of Harley dealers. Did a little research and decided to purchase a HD 48 Sportster. Always wanted a HD and the timing was right. Roly did a great job working with me and my family during our multiple visits prior to the purchase. He was patient and never pushy which is a biggie with me. Roly's been available every time we've dropped in to answer questions on parts, service, and just plain conversation. He is an great asset to Savannah HD.

I walked in looking for a used harley-davidson (kinda knew what I wanted) met Bo Bartholf ( excellent salesman) and his boss Lonnie Burns. I will have to say I think they thought I was a looky-loo. But they helped me anyway ,(lol), as I have always had metrics for 44 yrs. Needless to say I surprised them when walked out of the dealership with 2 (two) used Heritage Softail bikes. I bought 2 so me and sons could ride together (kept my metric for 1 son). I would like to thank them and the dealership for the whole team looking and acting very professional/helpful/friendly to me and to the numerous people I saw go in and out of their doors. Highly recommend this dealership.

The best Harley Dealership on the East coast. Honest and very professional. Matt is an outstanding mechanic. Kevin and his crew are top notch. I recommend anyone in the area stop in and get to know them. You will not go anywhere else. No I don't work there!

I took the Harley Davidson Riding Academy course at this dealership. The program is simply fantastic. The course manager and the coaches are amazing. From the moment I walked into the dealership the first day of the course, I felt welcomed. The rider coaches were very safety conscious, and they made everything simple to understand and execute. Most importantly, they made me feel comfortable throughout the course. Easing any nervousness with great coaching and mentorship. If youve ever considered taking this program... you need to jump on it. The coaching that I received and the foundational skills that Ive learned will stick with me throughout my riding journey. Kudos to Savannah Harley Davidson for making a learning experience fun, memorable, and well worth the investment.

I recommend taking a course at Harley Davidson before you ride. By taking the course it limits road mistakes on your ride, makes you more skillful with observations that you didnt notice before, and increase confidence. Regardless of mental or physical skills you get life-long riding lessons that prepares you for the road and obstacles that you may face. Personally, the invaluable course unleashed a heightened desire to discover new skills. On top of the course there are the bikes. These bikes are truly comfortable and give you the power that youre looking for in a ride. I have rode different motorcycles but nothing compares to a Harley. The bonus to this wonderful environment are the staff they are helpful towards your needs, knowledgeable about the bikes and friendly. Harley has provided a place for everyone to feel like a family through different events that they have twice a month.

When you are a Harley fanatic and you know over 50% of the staff and genuinely like and appreciate those folks, for me, when I got a pocket full of money, I am going to spend it with them! This staff from service, parts, apparel, sales and the motorcycle course instructors are professionals and top notch. I managed for 22 years before going into sales and if I had this team, I dont think there are too many situations that I would have to really be concerned that we couldnt handle. In todays world, customer service is really lacking! But not at Savannah Harley Davidson! And last, when they throw a shindig, you wont regret that time spent!

Just completed the motorcycle course there and had a blast. Instructors were great, staff was friendly, a great experience for my first motorcycle experience. Ill be back to shop for bikes.
